Classes:

Approximately 25 classes will be available on a variety of topics related to Scrapooking, Cardmaking, Paper Crafting, Vinyl, Embellishments, Journalling, “off the page” projects, and more! Instructors and/or materials representing products and ideas from Provo Craft, My Minds Eye, Karen Foster, Basic Grey, Zutter, We R Memory Keepers, Making Memories, and others. (Subject to minor changes.)

Group Size:

We are planning for about 150 crafters – goal is to have a fun yet manageable group size.
Availability is limited.

COST:

$1150 per person, based on 2 people per cabin, inside cabin, category JJ
Includes: Cruise fare, government fees, taxes, fuel surcharges
Does NOT Include: Airfare, transfers, on-board expenses, tips, excursion fees, cabin upgrades

NON-Crafter price is $900 per person, based on 2 people/cabin, crafters & non-crafters can share a cabin.

DISCOUNTS:

The first 50 crafters to reserve will get a $100 discount.
(Extra $100 discount offer will expire 12/31/08)
Discount will be a given as on-board cruise credit.

NOTES:

All travel arrangements will be coordinated through OverSeas Travel & Cruises, Bountiful Utah 84010
However, payments will be collected by Oh My Crafts, Inc. to be able to coordinate group discounts.
Reservations can be made at www.ohmycrafts.com. Please DO NOT add product to your order when you make your cruise booking! You will receive an order confirmation from Oh My Crafts, and a booking confirmation from the travel agency. If you wish to upgrade your cabin, please add a note and someone will contact you to make those arangements.
You are responsible for transportation to/from the ship (airfare & transfers), upgrades, tips, and travel insurance, and other on-board expense.

Crafter Price includes:

Participation in all OMC-sponsored events & classes PLUS materials for projects in the classes.
Access to self-service project room available at select times each day
Bonus gift of craft materials, idea books, and other supplies worth over $150

Everyone – Crafters & Non-Crafters price includes:

$25 on-board cruise credit
An extra 5% discount on ALL purchases at www.ohmycrafts.com from date of cruise deposit until 5/31/09
(This discount is applied in addition to other coupons or discounts that may be available.)

PAYMENT TERMS:

$400 deposit to reserve space, Balance due 2/1/09

EVERYONE is required to mail us a copy of your passport before the final payment is made.
(This is currently a typical request of all cruise travel agents and used only for name verification, etc.)

You MUST book through us (& OST Cruises) to be part of the crafting activities and special rates.

For you reference: The comparable on-line price in JJ category is about $900 w/o credits.
If you have a princess club membership you can get credit for this cruise – just lets us know!

CANCELLATIONS:

Full refund before 1-Feb-09, less any 5% website purchase discounts.
No refunds after full payment is made unless we can rebook the space.
